Jon is the kind of guy you go to when you want to get something done. He’s honest and straightforward and will give you his best estimate of what he thinks the value of your property should be.
I’ve used Jon for two sales and have been extremely pleased with the results of both. He has helped me go through and look at the different offers I received in selling my house and discussed the pros and cons of each offer.
Jon is always available. If I call him and he doesn’t answer, I’ll get a return call within 10 minutes. He always has time to listen and talk things through. He’s totally honest and, besides being my agent, I consider him a friend.

Jon is very knowledgeable about the area of King George. He really priced our house to sell quickly. He assisted us in getting more than we thought it would sell for by doing all the negotiating with the buyers, termite inspection and treatment, home inspections, us and the closing agents. He really earned his paycheck and made us come out ahead in the end. I will recommend him to anyone looking or living in the King George area.

In a time that it's not always easy to get someone on the phone or to return your calls,we can say Jon made himself assessable always answering calls, texts or emails. Jon Snow and his team are amazing! He was able to sell my Aunts home in less than two months. My Aunt needed to go into a nursing home and her home was in rough shape. Jon did a great job of advertising this property and reassuring me that he could sell this “difficult to sell property”. I was nervous the home would not sell. Jon advised me to use an auction house to bring in bids. This was scary and required me to put my trust in his suggestion/judgement! And it paid off! Jon is dedicated! Thank you to all who were involved with making this process less stressful!!
