About Jon

Jon Spiva has been able to call Blairsville home since he was 10 years old. He enjoys being around people and helping them with anything he can. Jon comes from a family that has always been involved in real estate and construction which provides him with the ability to know the true value of homes in the area. Growing up in Union County has allowed Jon to help buyers understand the wonderful things the North Georgia Mountains have to offer. His previous banking experience allows him to work closely with the banks to speed up the process when buying a home.
Upon graduating from the University of West Georgia, Jon went to work for a large bank that is based out of Blairsville. He began lending for the bank and was named Officer of the Year in his first year as loan officer. After five years of working for the bank, Jon felt is was time to get in to what he truly enjoyed which was real estate. He hit the ground running and had a wonderful year and received The Rookie of the Year Award for the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors. Most recently, Jon was named the Top Producer of Union County.
Jon married his high school sweetheart, Andrea, on September 30, 2006. They have a son named Landon who is 7 years old and a son named Luke who is 5 years old. On his off time you can find Jon and his family enjoying the outdoors.
