He's a teacher at heart - he walks you through everything you need to know and stays up to date on the current market. He strikes the perfect balance between giving his recommendations and allowing you to decide what's best for you. You can tell he genuinely has your best interest at heart.

He's a wonderful communicator, keeping you updated on next steps while making everything feel manageable and not overwhelming. There are a lot of people involved in a transaction, and Jon has a trusted team behind him, along with great vendors to recommend.

From clearly explaining the pricing and selling process, to staging and preparing our home for sale, to negotiation through a difficult inspection objection, our road to closing went more smoothly than I could have imagined. His professionalism and attention to detail paid off again for us when we bought our second home.

He's the best real estate agent in Denver from a relationship and negotiation standpoint, but also because of his dedicated focus on education.
