Jona Flores

Jona prides herself in helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most stressful times of their lives. She promotes leading by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, going above and beyond to make it easier for her clients, and a dedication to do the right thing. Her drive and dedication for homeownership paved the way for her success as she was recognized as a 30 Under 30 - USA honoree in the National Association of REALTORS Magazine.

Eager to learn and grow professionally, Jona promotes a strong work ethic with the team members. Being clear with your “why” is one of the driving factors for this. Born in the Philippines, she came to America at the age of 7 as a first generation immigrant. She understands the true value of homeownership and believes it’s the pathway to improving quality of life and building generational wealth for all. Her business practice values transparency and empowerment, every person deserves to feel confident when it comes to buying or selling their home.

Jona previously served as a Research Committee Member with National Association of REALTORS, YPN Committee Member with Minneapolis Area REALTORS, 30 Under 35 Rising Stars of Real Estate in 2021 with Business Insider, Ann Brockhouse Future Leader Recipient in 2021 and 2019 Spotlight Donor for Minneapolis Area Realtors.

In her free time, Jona is a yoga, cycling, and strength training enthusiast. She reads many self-care books including authors like Mel Robbins, Simon Sinek and Brene Brown. A big sports fan, you can catch her at the Wild game or a Vikings game through out the seasons. She currently resides in Edina with Chibi (calico cat) and Tuxon, (shihtzu-poodle).
