Jonas Lord

Born and raised in Austin, he has witnessed firsthand the city's transformation from a funky hippy college town to an urban metropolis. He loves this city as does everyone who visits. He often gets asked if it bothers him how fast Austin is growing. He always says, “Not at all.” Not only is it good for his business, but from his experience, most of the people moving here embrace the ‘weirdness’ and contribute to it! He specializes in urban central Austin residential properties including downtown living as well as waterfront and luxury properties in Austin. Working by referral often takes him to other parts of the city and surrounding areas as well. His clients range from first time buyers to seasoned investors and developers. He takes exceptional care of every client no matter the price point. Staying close for college, he received a degree in finance from the University of Texas in 2005. He has experience in the mortgage industry as well but has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since January 2005 and a Broker since 2007. He spent the first 9 years of his real estate career at a boutique brokerage before moving to a larger firm in 2014. He had his own brokerage for the last 3 years before joining the LRG team with Austin Portfolio /Keller Willaims in early 2022. He is excited to be on a team with likeminded, top producing agents who are also native Austinites. He believes this move will enable him to better serve all his clients. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenny, and our sons, Eli, and Weldon. They are likely to be found at the Barton or Bull Creek Green Belts, at Matt's El Rancho eating Bob Armstrong Dip, or losing golf balls at Great Hills Country Club.
