Jonathan Azoulay

Mr Azoulay is the President and Founder of Millennium Office Management, Inc., bringing fifteen years of experience acquiring, operating, managing, and leasing institutional-grade assets. Beginning his career with Fobare Commercial as an acquisitions and dispositions analyst, he later became responsible for managing and leasing a portfolio of assets, including more than four million square feet of office and retail properties. In February 2000, he launched Millennium Office Management, Inc., creating a full-service real estate investment company providing expertise and capital to entities engaged in the industry. This company grew to thirty employees by 2003 when it was dedicated to principal investment, asset management, property management, and leasing services for more than two million square feet of commercial real estate. Since forming the company, he has represented and participated with various investors in acquiring and disposing of properties valued at more than 500 million dollars. Throughout this time, he has structured or restructured equity and debt financing over 300 million dollars. In 2007, Mr. Azoulay successfully executed the disposition of approximately 1.5 million square feet of office properties with an aggregate value of more than 200 million dollars, leaving his investors well capitalized for future opportunities.

Mr. Azoulay graduated with distinction from New York University, receiving his Master of Science in Real Estate Investment. He has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1996, earning both a Certified Property Manager and a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
