Jonathan Cashion

With over 18 years of retail real estate experience, Jonathan’s background encompasses the leasing of new, existing, and redevelopment of retail and mixed-use properties including pre-leasing, anchor and local tenant leasing, and outparcel sales and ground-leasing.

Prior to joining Katz, Jonathan was Director of Leasing at Thur Retail in Boca Raton, Florida focusing on retail where he oversaw leasing efforts ranging from new and redevelopment projects to single-tenants strip and power centers.

Jonathan has successfully negotiating and closed over 1,000 retail leases/sales worth over $1B. He currently handles third party leasing for almost Two Million square feet of retail space here in South Florida as well as leading the expansion goals in Florida for National retailers: Five Below, Aspen Dental, Pet Supermarket, and many others.

His expertise and extensive Florida retail market knowledge gives him the competitive advantage to better assist a client over any other South Florida broker.

Jonathan has been a resident of South Florida for 28 years and has had a lifelong passion for real estate. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with course work in Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
