About Jonathan

My name is Jonathan Dean and I am a dedicated real estate professional in the Charlotte area.

I'm originally from Melbourne, Florida. I was only a young teen when our country was attacked and the United States suffered through 9/11. I wanted to make a difference and do my part in ensuring the safety of my family and our great country, I joined the United States Marine Corps in 2005 and did two tours to Iraq during my years of service. My military experiences engraved a set of skills and values that I will forever be grateful for. Honor, Courage and Commitment continue to be the foundation of all of my life endeavors.

Since my honorable discharge in 2009, life has been active, fun and moving at the speed of light. I attended The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and earned my bachelors degree in Finance. My wife has been by my side through it all, thick and thin. We bought our first home together in 2009 and still love it as much as when we first moved in. We have four very young children and love our chaotic life. I enjoy coaching TBall through Porter Ridge Athletics and before starting my real estate career, I worked extensively in assisting persons with disabilities in our community and their homes.

I responded to a listing and Jonathan was the first realtor to contact me. I knew right away that we would work well together because he introduced himself by telling me a goofy joke! We met for coffee and he listened intently to my very specific “Must have” list. He never said it couldn’t be done. Jonathan kept a positive attitude, always reminding me to “have fun”!
He was instrumental in helping us find the perfect house and we closed in under 30 days!
