Wow! Where do we begin? Jonathan is exceptional not just as a realtor but an amazing property manager. We are over 800 miles away and needed someone who had our best interest at heart searching for a property. He vetted and collected a number of properties for us to view on a very quick trip to Myrtle Beach, spending quality time with us, so we never felt rushed and were able to make an educated decision.

The result was within a three day quick trip. We were able to identify our dream home, put down a binder and arranged for the mortgage with his recommendations for the mortgage company as well as our homeowners insurance. He is first class, has great common sense, and it’s a true professional in the field of real estate. We simply can’t say enough about him and highly recommend him. One more thing about Jonathan, he knows the area so well he was able to redirect us when we were looking at a property that would not be a good fit for us.. We would have never known that. Had he not know the area so well. Another value add to working with Jonathan.

As a result of our three-year relationship with Jonathan, he has become more than a business acquaintance. He is also become a trusted friend.

As a real estate attorney, I’ve worked with Jonathan on multiple deals including: first time home buyers, investment properties, second homes, condotels etc. I can say that out of all the agents in Myrtle Beach, Jonathan truly cares about his clients. From making sure the contract has all the contingencies his clients needs, to negotiating a price that’s fair and beneficial for his clients, he goes above and beyond. In a market that is saturated with real estate agents, it’s important to hire someone that is knowledgeable and communicates with all parties. Working with a local agent truly makes a difference. Jonathan is honest and tells you exactly what you need to know about the property and the area you’re looking in. He’s very knowledgeable about the schools and amenities in the area. As an agent he also acts as an advocate for his clients making sure they get the best offer or make a competitive offer. If you’re looking for an investment property he is very transparent and can run projected numbers for you so you know what your projected income, taxes, and costs will be. Because he’s a local he has an amazing network of reliable lenders, attorneys, insurance professionals, builders, handymen etc. We’ve learned through this process it truly matters who you hire and Jonathan goes above and beyond!
