Jonathan founded Fry Properties in January 2016. As an already successful realtor of five years, he observed a void in what traditional brokerage firms offer for property management. Many of his real estate clients expressed frustration with their current management companies – lack of communication, negative tenant interactions, general unprofessionalism. The ideal for Fry Properties grew out of this void and it is now successful in both real estate transactions and property management and has conscientiously grown since its inception.
Jonathan takes time to truly develop a kinship with his all of his clients. He provides seasoned advice, best for each client’s unique circumstances, and he uses his background in social work and psychology to deal with any situation calmly and appropriately. His intricate understanding of the business, from both real estate AND property management angles, leads to excellent negotiation on behalf of his clients. Jonathan lives and breathes real estate but when he’s taking a breather, you’ll find him enjoying this beautiful state or experiencing other parts of the world with his wife, two daughters, and trusty boxer. He’s lived in some of the nation’s premier cities, but Colorado is his forever home!
