Jonathan has represented us in purchasing and selling a condominium in Miami. Jonathon is the nicest, most professional real estate agent we’ve ever known. The care and interest in our needs that he’s demonstrated go well beyond normal expectations. We described our wants and desires over the phone initially without having met him as we live in NM and we wanted property in Miami. When we travelled to view the condos he selected, he had hit exactly the mark of what we wanted in style, location and budget. Jonathan understands the market, listens to his client’s needs and delivers quality preofessional service with a personal touch rarely demonstrated by real estate agents. That was only the beginning. Jonathan ushered us through the offer, negotiations, purchase and closing process with ease. After our purchase he continued to represent us, assisting with renter selection as we were absentee landlords and helped manage property, taking care of the renter’s needs locally. And when it came time to sell our condo he was as equally helpful and professional in listing, marketing and selling our unit for a very fair price. Jonathan was a stranger when we were fist introduced to him but quickly became a dear friend. His personal attention to detail and professionalism is amazing. Jonathan was truly amazing to work with. He went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect condo. He has a great knowledge of the area and found some incredible units for me - always staying within my price range. He even toured a unit without me when I was stuck in work and I was able to place an offer on it!
