I could not have chosen a better realtor!! I first reached out to Jonathan while I was still saving up and thinking about buying a home. Jonathan was super patient and informative and was able to provide me with estimates that helped us with our financial expectations. Months later we messaged him when we were ready to get pre-approved and start our search. He got an idea of what we prefer and everyday he searched for and recommended houses that met our criteria. He was super flexible with his schedule and very quick to respond and schedule tours. When we went on house tours he looked out for us, pointing out and warning us about potential problems we might have with certain homes. He was always honest and always had our backs. When we found our dream unfortunately our appraisal was low, sellers were uncooperative and we were losing hope. Right before we were going to walk away from the deal he worked with the listing agent to negotiate a deal that worked with both parties. If it wasn’t for him we would not have gotten the house of our dreams. I’m on day 4 of living in our new house just in time for the holidays and we couldn’t be more happier. You will not regret having him🙌🏼🙌🏼

Working with Jon has been a genuine pleasure. He listened to everything my wife and I were looking for in a home. We looked at many homes together, and he was always very objective in showing us homes. He pointed out what was good, and what and what may need fixing with each home. If we ever had questions, he was very attentive, and helped us every step of the way. Jon made buying our forever home easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with him.

My wife and I recently closed on our first house. Being first time home-buyers, we were quite nervous about the process, but Jonathan helped us all the way through. Whether it was answering our many questions (often at strange hours) or pointing out issues in houses that we otherwise might not have noticed, Jonathan was more than happy to help us. Jonathan must have visited dozens of houses with us, helped us find a great inspector, and helped us through the closing process, and we are so appreciative of everything he did for us. You can tell that he really cares about his clients.

Jonathan was always honest about his opinions, and he truly knew the market. He was super communicative and always available to help us through the process. Despite the market at the time we purchased our home, Jonathan was able to get us a pretty great deal.

Finally, Jonathan is all-around just a great guy. He remembered little details (unrelated to buying houses) from our conversations, and was super friendly. He had lots of entertaining stories, and if you are going to spend days looking at houses, I can’t think of anyone else that I would recommend more to go through the process with.

Justine and I would definitely have Jonathan help us through the process again in the future, and we will be recommending him to all of our friends looking to buy properties in the area.

Jon assisted my husband and I when we purchased our new home and sold our current home. Jon made the process so easy! From the first time we looked at a house to our closing date was 32 days, this also included the sale of our house. It was an extremely fast process but Jon made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way and was in constant communication. Between the inspections, appraisals, negotiations with our buyers, and the sellers of our new house, Jon took care of everything. As first-time home-buyers we could not recommend Jon more.

I loved working with Jonathan. As a realtor, you always hope you get an equally strong agent to be able to work through a transaction together. I wish all agents were as kind and respectable as Jonathan. He had great communication, submitted a strong offer, and picked a wonderful lender for his buyer. We got a conventional deal closed in less than two weeks, and I know a huge part of that success were the skills that Jonathan brought to the transaction. In this hot seller’s market, there are typically many offers being placed on a property, which makes the process frustrating when trying to purchase. Working with Jon made the process of selling a home and buying a new one flow as smoothly as possible. I personally enjoyed the fact that Jon is not the stereotypical Realtor pushing a new buyer into something sub par or something that might be out of their price range. He actually was able to negotiate with the sellers agent an offer on the new condo well below asking price and got into it in record time...10 days start to finish. That’s hard to do in this market. Jon went above and beyond answering mass texts & calls and he handled all stress put on him with patience and kindness.

We closed in December and it was a great experience. When looking at houses Jon was very thorough and pointed out things I would have otherwise missed. He was patient and adamant that the right house would come. Luckily, It didn't take long at all and we found it. Leading to closing, Jon went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that I needed to do. Whenever I had a question he was who I contacted. I highly recommend him. 10/10
