About Jonathan

Jonathan moved to Atlanta from Michigan in December 1998 and enrolled in Georgia Multiple Listing Service Real Estate School. Upon graduation and passing the state exam the following year, he jumped right in! He began his career with Bob Wood Realty, which gave him an incredible foundation in real estate. Opportunity knocked in December of 2004 and he transferred his license to Solid Source Realty in Alpharetta. After working under another amazing broker for 3 years, opportunity again opened its door and he transferred to Ken Harris and Associates where he furthered increased his real estate knowledge and skills.

It was during this time while Jonathan was on a phone call with one of his "in-transition" clients and realized that term was going to be the name of his future real estate company!

Soon afterwards in 2008, he enrolled in a real estate brokers course, graduated, took the state exam, and became an Associate Broker. In 2009, he moved his license to another fantastic real estate company, Legend Realty, which was located in Gwinnett County where he started making plans to open his own real estate company.

Opening his own real estate company has been an incredible experience and it’s only the beginning. From the beginning, Jonathan's desire has been to help people in the rental community and transition them into a home.
