Jonathan is the Kings Park Realtor. He is polite, professional, and extremely knowledgable about the process of buying/selling your home. On top of that, he is very knowledgable about Kings Park. Jonathan helped us through the entire buying process and on more then one occasion went way above and beyond what I expected. As first time home buyers we really needed someone we could rely on to guide us and I am so thankful that we had Jonathan there to do that. You have to give him a call if you’re buying/selling in Kings Park.

Jon is the best! He’s handled a number of first-time purchases and sales in my family, and throughout all of those experiences, he’s been extremely patient, helpful beyond belief, and dedicated to keeping his clients happy.

When you’re a first-time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming. Jon explains every step and option clearly and makes sure that you’re making the best decision possible for your situation (he’s really an awesome advocate!)

10/10 and highly recommend to anyone who is trying to find a home, especially new homeowners! As a newly married couple looking for our first home, my husband and I knew NOTHING about buying a home or the questions you should ask when buying a home. Jonathan was there for us 24/7, 7 days a week. He picked up every phone call and went to every single house that we wanted to view, regardless of how short notice it was. Jon is the man- he’s tenacious and highly effective; if you’re selling- best believe you’ll get the best price. If you’re buying, just follow his lead and you’ll get your dream place. He will also talk you out of buying the wrong house for your situation…especially when your patience is at an all time low and your desperation is at an all time high (you can probably tell that this happened to me). It should go without saying that he’s earned my respect in this field…which is usually dominated by, well, realtors.
