Jonathan King

Bay Area native, Jonathan was born in San Francisco and raised on the Peninsula. Growing up, he has always had a love for real estate! He has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management that sets him apart providing personal, concierge like service. Married with 2 children, who are 17 years apart!

Jonathan was recently recruited by Intero management to lead 2 offices, Burlingame and Half Moon Bay. Prior to that, Jonathan spent 3.5 years with Compass in a real estate sales roll. The decade before that, Jonathan spent as a residential mortgage loan officer working inside of a real estate office supporting the agents and their transactions. Jonathan’s loan officer proficiency means he has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions involving customer service, matching products with client’s needs, price negotiations, conflict resolution, and file management. This experience allows Jonathan to offer a unique perspective to the home selling process.

Jonathan’s primary goal in business is to provide outstanding customer service, a disappearing art. A single transaction does NOT define success to him.
