About Jonathan
Jonathan Kramer is a real estate & building veteran with 15 years of experience under his belt. His multi-faceted knowledge of the industry includes selling/leasing, developing, constructing, and managing all types of properties in numerous neighborhoods and thus makes him invaluable to both buyers & sellers.
He began young in the early 2000's as a field laborer doing general construction maintenance during the summer months for his father’s development & construction company in Queens where the firm also exclusively oversaw all the sales & leasing of such mixed-use properties in-house. It was then & there he knew he wanted not only to build but to help people find their place in the world.
After college, he began his professional career as a realtor focusing on new development condominium sales and rentals in Queens & Brooklyn. Shortly after the recession hit, he decided to go back to school to pursue a Masters Degree in Construction Management & Real Estate Development from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Here he learned the great baseline of both building & selling in New York City.
After attaining multiple experiences working with contractors, architects, developers, and real estate agencies he knew these were his ultimate goals in life.
In turn, his unsurpassed level of client service makes him an ideal candidate for buyer & seller representation, especially in the new development market sector.
He is a proud husband and father to two young and smart energetic boys and lives in Long Island with his family.
