John has lived in Central Ohio for 22 years. He carries a passion like no other for helping people and believes firmly in achieving that goal by paying it forward using the vast variety of knowledge and experiences he has obtained.
He has over 15 years of experience working as a finish carpenter, re-modeler and general contractor for some of Central Ohio’s Premiere custom builders and individual clients. It is this experience working to build homes that has not only exposed him to what is available in the Columbus market, but also allows him to quickly identify the pros and cons of a home’s structure and its’ finishes. That kind of knowledge is invaluable to his clients as John works to represent them in obtaining the best possible deal for their real estate needs.
John is a proud Buckeye who carries a strong love of family and enjoys the bond of many close friends with whom he considers the equivalent of such. Many of those bonds were established during his time at The Ohio State University where he served as a 5 year member and squad leader of The Ohio State University Marching Band (TBDBITL). John utilizes the drive, leadership experience and tradition of excellence that he learned during that tenure to take on every client’s goal with enthusiasm and a determined mindset.
