Jonathan Lien

Jonathan Lien is a certified CCIM with 15 years of diverse real estate experience. He has completed assignments in Investment Sales, Acquisitions, Development, Owner User buildings, Tenant representation and Landlord leasing across the western states. He has assisted clients in their real estate portfolio and business decisions.

He is a graduate of Cal Poly SLO and holds a Masters Degree in History from San Diego State. While in San Diego he got excited about real estate as a career and formed Praedium Real Estate in 2005.

He loves spending time with his family in the outdoors hiking and camping, coaching soccer, and traveling.

Active memberships in CCIM, NAR, CAR, CCAR.

Volunteer coach at Mt. Diablo Soccer, Upward Basketball, and Continental Little league. Member of the Walnut Creek Racket Club.
