Jonathan Monnier

Jon Monnier has a longstanding interest in the real estate business. In the industry he strives for integrity and challenging work in every detail of your real estate transaction. He transitioned into real estate from an extensive career in hospitality. Jon is originally from Upstate New York. He moved to Atlanta in 2004 and studied Pre-med at Georgia State University. As a current Cabbagetown resident he has taken an interest and active role in his community, as well as, surrounding Intown communities. He has held positions with companies such as Brinker and Lettuce Entertain You from bartending to management and eventually became a business owner where he began to thrive in negotiating sales. Jon always listens to clients and is committed to making their experience enjoyable. Jon is dedicated to his family and loves spending time with his wife, two sons and “Beans,” his bulldog. Jon specializes in representing both buyers and sellers in Atlanta Intown neighborhoods. It is his goal to maintain relationships with his clients as a consultant and receive returning and referral business.
