Jonathan Monts is a dedicated land sales specialist with a focus on the Low Country of South Carolina. A Clemson University graduate with a B.S. in Agricultural Mechanization and Business, Jonathan has a deep passion for wildlife and land, which he leverages to help both landowners and buyers achieve their real estate goals. Beyond his real estate expertise, Jonathan is deeply committed to conservation and land stewardship. He is heavily involved with wildlife and land management, an engaged member of the Greenville National Deer Association, Greenville Forestry and Wildlife Society, and SC Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys saltwater fishing, attending land conferences, and turkey hunting, which help combine his professional expertise with his love for the outdoors.
