Jonathan Moore

Jonathan has been a trusted Realtor® serving the northeastern region of North Carolina since 2019. Known for his dedication and exceptional expertise, Jonathan has amassed more than $20,000,000 in residential, commercial, and land sales. As a Broker in Charge, he has also played a pivotal role in brokering over $100M in sales, showcasing his profound impact on the real estate landscape.
Beyond his real estate sales accomplishments, Jonathan has also found his way into volunteerism and leadership in the Realtor® community, having served as the President of the Albemarle Area Association of Realtors in 2022, and most recently Treasurer in 2025. JT, as many call him, also serves as the NC Realtors® Vice-Chair of the Risk Management Committee and previously as Chair on the state-level Young Professionals Network. He also currently serves as a State Political Coordinator for Representative Bill Ward and is an elected RPAC Trustee with NC Realtors® Political Action Committee. Within the Elizabeth City Area Chamber of Commerce, he serves on the Executive Committee as Vice-Chair of Membership, and helps various organizations like the United Way and Elizabeth City Downtown, Inc. with various projects.
Jonathan was raised in Hampton, VA, and went on to attend Virginia Tech, majoring in Agricultural Technology with a focus in Applied Agricultural Management. After graduating, he had a successful six-year career with Smithfield Foods, where he used his skills and developed a deep understanding of the agriculture and business world. Initially to become a stream of additional income, JT entered into the World of real estate, disembarked from his agricultural career (for now,) and never looked back.
