Jonathan Ng

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jonathan’s passion for real estate started at an early age as a second generation real estate professional, and has since earned a reputation as a 'Broker's Broker'. Raised by immigrant families who had very little when they moved to the Bay Area, he was instilled with a profound passion for honest hard work. Jonathan holds a Real Estate Broker License in California, is a member of SFAA, and CAA.


With approx 15 years experience in the real estate industry, he brings a uniquely well rounded experience and value added service, having represented and advised clients in multiple facets of real estate from first home purchases with Buyers, property sales with Sellers, local to international marketing and sales, multi-family and investment property acquisitions and dispositions, land entitlement, real estate development, new home marketing and sales, represented VA Buyers, UC Buyers, Fortune 500 corporate asset management, Mayors Office of Housing Sales & Leasing, and Property Management for single family homes, condos, commercial, and multi family properties.


To date, Jonathan has brokered and closed aggregate transactions in excess of $350M+ in property sales, with over 350 homes sold, 2,000 leased, and managed 4 new development projects sales, leasing, and marketing.


Involved in multiple residential development projects in San Francisco, he brings to the table experience in pre-entitlement consulting, local outreach, construction management, new home marketing, Mayors Office of Housing BMR sales/rentals, and market rate sales management. As President of Pillar Capital Real Estate, the Property Management division services 250+ investment properties for his clients.


Jonathan is most appreciated by his clients for his careful diligence, attention to detail, resourcefulness, multifaceted expertise and experience, and tenacity to achieve his clients' real estate goals and aspirations.


As the past elected Treasurer, he continues philanthropy work as the current Board Member of APACC, a 501(c)(3) non profit organization serving mostly low and moderate income immigrant families with limited or no English proficiency communities in San Francisco.
