Jonathon represented the seller of the home that I ended up buying. My agent was in MT, so Jonathon offered to go over to the listing & show the home to me. I loved it & he invited my Golden Retriever Eddie to the back yard & Eddie rolled in the grass & gave it the go ahead! This was 1.5 yrs ago when all of the prize homes were being scooped up @ top speed. I periodically run into Jonathon in the NBend community & he is always kind & professional. I enjoyed his new company open house & he knows how to give a party from wine & food to gifts! He is very knowledgeable & will continue to stay in contact when questions arise about progress in the community. He sent an invitation to me for the local Habitat for Humanity fund raiser & celebration which was a new charity for me. Most enjoyable. His real estate background speaks for itself.

Jonathan Pearlstein is truly the best in the business!
With his extensive knowledge of market trends, along with his exceptional expertise, and problem-solving skills, he guided the transformation of my cute, little home into a magnificent showplace that sold almost immediately upon listing, and above the asking price, despite my having to sell during a buyers’ market!
Even more impressive was his continual willingness to go “above and beyond..,” and personally work, (very hard at that!) showing up on some of the hottest days of the year, to roll up his sleeves and pitch in to help me clear my house out.
I was in absolute awe of his dedication to his job, and to his clients!
On top of all that “J.P.” is also a very caring and thoughtful person, who demonstrated, over and over again, that he had my best interests at heart. And, I knew that I could trust him fully to suggest only the necessary improvements that would help me to get the best price for my home, which certainly worked!

Johnathan and Kathleen were absolutely fantastic to work with. From the very first phone call to schedule our first meeting until we got our keys four months later, they were there for us every step of the way. They helped us prepare our home for sale by helping us prioritize what to do, how to do it, and where to invest to maximize our sale proceeds. They connected us with local contractors and specialists and coordinated everything quickly and efficiently. They personally helped clean windows, freshen up our garden, and ensure our home was in impeccable condition prior to listing.

On the buying side, they quickly understood what our needs were in a new home and ultimately helped us find a great forever home that we love. They helped identify on-market and off-market opportunities and toured dozens of homes with us (in some cases multiple times). They understood the school districts, local neighborhoods, and community features that were important for us to consider in the home buying process. With Johnathan’s background in real estate law, and Kathleen’s keen understanding of home design, flow, and what makes a house a home, they were a perfect team in helping us get the home we love. After my mother's fall, I needed to move her to an assisted living community (during Covid) and sell her home (two counties away) in the face of predicted changes in interest rates and the housing economy. Jonathan provided critical advice to me while earning the trust of my mother. Jonathan and the Engel & Volkers team worked together flawlessly, to prepare, digitally stage, advertise and sell the house to the perfect buyers. Jonathan provided friendship, empathy, and stern guidance through a very challenging time. The house was sold and cleared on my Mother's 83rd birthday. She is now moved and she is safe. Working with JP has been great! We were very new to the Western Washington housing market and he definitely showed us what to look for. When we came across certain oddities with our old lender, he was very knowledgeable about catching on to it and suggested a local lender for us to use instead. When it came to booking showings, he was quick and responsive and very supportive of what we were looking for. He understood what areas to look at and during viewings would be able to compare the areas to each other using the previous houses we looked at for reference. After we found the area and house we wanted to put an offer on, he was very diligent to immediately open communications with the sellers realtor and get an understanding of the sellers. From there, he knew what would be the optimal offer terms to offer the sellers and with knowledge of the current day market (COVID making it a sellers market indeed), we placed the best offer to the sellers. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to move into the Western Washington area!

Jonathan helped me find a piece of property on which to build a home in Snoqualmie Washington.  He is an excellent agent and I would recommend him to anyone.  He has a deep understanding of the real estate market, zoning, permitting, and constructions. As a result, he is able to advise his clients on issues that go beyond the purchase transaction itself.  He has experience building and renovating property in the area and can help buyers locate various contractors and suppliers.  His attention to detail and communication is superb.  If you’re looking for an agent, you don’t need to search further.  Work with Jonathan and you’ll be glad you did.

He and Kathleen truly went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and confident buying our first home in a crazy market. Summit Real Estate Group is a gem and Jonathan is a star! He helped me sell and buy my home in 2019. He is professional but not the stuffy kind, he listens, he's easy to talk to, he knows the housing market. He gave me stats and walked me through the entire process of selling.
