Jonathan is an excellent Realtor, he is very responsive and is always was there when I ever had a question. He made sure all of my questions were answered. From the time I met Jonathan, he was on time and showed up in a professional manner. He did say he was a man of his words and he did perform to the top. Jonathan did market my home as he said he was going too. He hired a professional 3D photographer and also recorded video. He had my home listed on every website, I was very impressed with the marketing. I know it defiantly helped sell my home quicker than the average listing on the market. Jonathan provided excellent negotiations when it came down to receiving multiple offer. We went over every offer with a fine tooth comb so we were able to identify the pros and cons to every offer. He shorten the buyers contingencies and the advantage of representing me as his client. I was super impressed that I received more money with his over skills. Jonathan Perea was recommended from a Moller Property Management. I am the managing association President for Elliot Park. Our association board committee including my self interviewed Mr. Jonathan Perea. He was prompt and on time, very professional, well organized and well mannered. We has a very complicated situation that was affecting title. Jonathan did all the research and found us the right title company that would do the transaction. Jonathan did everything we asked him to do including to mail out to the community for sale 1st for 30 days prior to putting it on the market. He was able to find the buyer that way. He walked us throughout the entire process and explained everything very well. I would use him again for sure. Thank you Jonathan for all your help!

This brought in perspective buyers early and my home had multiple offers after the first few days it was on the market. My home was SOLD by Jonathan Perea the very first weekend it showed. I believe all of his hard work in promoting my home was a BIG plus in why it went so fast. He was even able to get me over the asking price.
