I had the pleasure of having realtor Jonathan Pineda manage my real estate transactions. Jonathan managed to sell my condo at top dollar and was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the transaction. We had some complications with the HOA and my difficult tenants along the way, but I was very pleased with the outcome and was grateful that Jonathan was willing to assist me later on purchasing my dream house.
Jonathan is a tough negotiator and he truly listens to your needs and cares about his clients. Jonathan patiently and competently answered my questions and was able to put my mind at ease during difficult situations.
I am very thankful that I had Jonathan Pineda in my corner and I highly recommend him for any real estate needs.
