Jonathan Scull

Jonathan Scull is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida & Alabama, and he owns the brokerage Hanban Real Estate LLC, providing services in residential sales and property management. However, he began his real estate journey with Pensacola Bay Realty under the leadership and mentorship of retired Master Chief in the United States Navy, Bernie Mostoller. Bernie instilled within Jonathan a commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer service; and the invaluable experience underneath his leadership will never be forgotten. Additionally, Jonathan Scull is a FL licensed CAM (Community Association Manager), and he has had years of experience working previously as an independent CAM, a Lead CAM for Johnson & Johnson Properties Inc., and at one point, being the Founder and Managing Partner of Capitol Association Management LLC.

Jonathan practices what he preaches by sitting on the board of directors for the Pensacola Association of Realtors on a local level, being a representative of Pensacola as a Florida Realtors Director on a state level as well as a National Association of Realtors Director on a national level. His philosophy is centered around his personal faith in Jesus Christ resulting in a strong work ethic, a servant heart, and integrity. His motto is: "Listen first, then take action." The real estate process can be very overwhelming, but Jonathan is here to help, to advise, and to encourage you along the way.
