Jonathan Seltzer

Ever since he was a 10-year-old living in Beverly Hills, Jonathan Seltzer has loved looking at beautiful houses. He received a BS at the University of Denver Business School where he majored in real estate; and then returned to Beverly Hills to begin a career in residential sales that now spans over 30 years.

A marathoner and avid participant in community affairs, Jonathan founded the North Beverly Hills Homeowners Association and has been instrumental in establishing building codes with the Beverly Hills City Council. He currently volunteers hundreds of hours a year in community affairs.

He holds a Broker's license in both California and Arizona. Few real estate professionals have participated to such a degree in the infrastructure of the industry.
