Jonathan Silva

Jonathan Silva found his calling selling real estate in Philadelphia where he is a lifelong resident. Jonathan’s early career was spent helping to launch a small firm, where he found his niche in REO sales and bank owned properties which curtailed him into building his investment connections and commercial knowledge he has today. Tripling his client base to include investors, developers, and contractors, he began to take his business to a new level of service. The Philadelphia market took notice and Jonathan was named Rising Star Realtor by Philadelphia Magazine. Jonathan’s honest and fact driven personality paired with his market knowledge and asset management experience, offers a unique edge to his client services. In the Spring of 2020 he co-founded MUVE | PHL, a specialized team under Compass which focuses on real estate sales, development, and acquisitions.
