Johnathon Cardwell started in the real estate business at Keller Williams Pacific Estates in Long Beach, CA. To initially get his real estate business off the ground, he marketed himself as "Cardwell with the CART" and would drive around a golf cart to meet the neighbors and market the business.
He managed to juggle multiple business's over his real estate career and had to find efficient online systems to ensure the most productivity with limited time. After years at the same brokerage, Johnathon wanted to get out of the larger corporate brokerages and create a unique, technology driven start-up, that is financially goaled towards its agents. He currently has a LEED Green Certification for energy efficient homes, and plans to expand his business in the sustainable home sector.
Johnathon has enjoyed learning the real estate industry and continues to sell real estate in the greater Los Angeles area. He is very passionate about the real estate industry and enjoys helping people find the right home, sell the right home, or expand their real estate business.
He currently lives in Huntington Beach, CA with his girlfriend, and continues to do business all over Southern California, from Santa Monica to San Diego.
