Jonni Mildenberger

Jonni is a Colorado Native, born and raised in Sterling. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she played forward as a collegiate athlete for the basketball team. After graduation she moved to Northern Colorado where she fell in love with the area. For the past 9 years she has had success in sales with a proven track record, doubling her territory in sales and being honored with the title of Sales Rep of the Year and Top Innovator. Jonni’s sales and marketing experience is what sets her apart when listing her client's home.

Jonni gained business sense from her parents who have successfully managed a family run business for 50 years. She has personal experience with owning and operating her own investment properties. She loves being able to work with her clients and make their real estate dreams come true.

When Jonni is not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys running, playing kickball, and doing anything outside, yes, including yard work! Another passion of hers is working with her rescue dog Walter who is a certified Therapy dog and is a member of the Canine Airport Therapy Squad at the Denver International Airport.
