Jordan was an incredible help to me and my family as we navigated buying a house during the Covid pandemic and while living out of state. Jordan was more than willing to visit houses on our behalf and FaceTime with us as he toured properties. He added great insights while also giving us time and space to view the properties at our own pace. He is also super responsive to texts and calls which I appreciate when dealing with this fast moving housing market. I highly recommend Jordan!

Jordan really listens to his clients and helps you get the type of property want. He made she to articulate what I needed to my lawyer and the sellers attorney and I was able to get everything I wanted in the sale. He is very responsive and quick about getting you in to see spaces. I would recommend Jordan to anyone buying a home or condo in the Chicago land area.

He is an excellent listener and never interrupts and his calm energy is such a great counterbalance to the chaotic world of home buying. Jordan was fantastic to work with. During the home buying process, he gave us the space we needed to formulate our own opinions on each spot, but also chimed in when we were done viewing with helpful tidbits that we might have missed. There were quite a few times where he spotted minor issues that my wife and I didn't catch on our walk-through.

Jordan is extremely knowledgeable about Chicago & did a great job or helping us understand the different feel in each of the neighborhoods. Ultimately, he helped us find a neighborhood that we couldn't be happier in.

Finally, Jordan helped keep us honest through the whole process by communicating what would happen next each step of the way. This was our first time buying a home & he was instrumental in helping us understand what needed to happen next.
