Jordan Marshall

Jordan has been selling real estate since 2012 and specializes in consulting private investors, institutions, and developers on all aspects of acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties. Jordan advises his clients on everything from market research, to recent sales, on-markets, rental information, current financing conditions, and opinions of value.

In that time, Jordan and his partner, Richard Lattro, have been involved in over $396 million in real estate transactions totaling nearly 9,200 multifamily units throughout the state of Ohio while also building a portfolio of apartment, self-storage, and mixed-use properties.

Combining his extensive transaction history and personal experience in buying and stabilizing a variety of real estate investments give Jordan the ability to advise clients not only when buying or selling but also consult on how to best position a property’s operations to maximize cashflow and increase value. This consultative approach to advising the client throughout the entire process from purchase to stabilization to sale preparation to a successful closing has produced many satisfied clients. Jordans experience and real estate investment expertise make him a valuable asset to the Charles Hart Real Estate team and its clients.

Jordan attended The Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Operations Management and earned his M.B.A. in Real Estate from Florida State University. He currently resides in Merion Village with his wife.
