Going into the home buying process for the first time, my wife and I were *absolutely* overwhelmed with the many intricacies and nuances involved with making a sound purchase. After shopping around on our own for several months, we had a pretty good grasp of what we were looking for but still came up short when trying to narrow down the pool of potential listings to a more manageable number. We were introduced to Jordan through a family friend and were immediately impressed! Over the course of our first meeting Jordan was able to glean our preferences through some simple questions, come up with an impromptu short list of properties to confirm he understood our tastes, and lay out a concise action plan of how he would be approaching the process while keeping our best interests in mind! Over the course of the next 2 months we met with Jordan weekly. To say we are particular individuals would be putting it politely. As we honed our own list of requirements, one that seemed to be in constant flux, Jordan progressively tailored his search to meet our changing interests. Rather than reactionary, Jordan's approach was anticipatory and he always seemed have a list of different options at his fingertips when we changed direction. This turned what very well could have been a 6 month nightmare into one that, in the end, was a 6 week dream! Today I'm writing this review while laying in the bedroom of our first home, a home where my wife and I plan to start our family! Not only did Jordan Musumano make this possible but he turned the process from one that was initially frustrating and overwhelming into one that was painless and actually enjoyable! Thank you Jordan, you know we will always have a place for you at our dinner table!
