I had a rental income condo in Roscoe Village that I thought I would test the market on since the tenant was moving out. Jorge was able to secure an offer above list price with minimal contingencies and was able to schedule the closing just after the tenant moved out. He had crews to help give a good cleaning to the place for the new buyer. Thank you Jorge!
