Jorge Davila

Jorge Davila spearheads the Investment Properties Division at The Katsikos Group, Inc. (TKG). The Division's primary focus is to provide consulting, acquisition and disposition services to private and institutional investors.

Jorge has a broad range of expertise in the Florida commercial real estate market. He has been active in providing advice, execution, and investment management services to customers throughout the state. Jorge's ability to identify and analyze investment properties has resulted in the acquisiton of multiple deals involving TKG proprietary investments, including a joint venture between Katsikos & Kern Partners and New York based Goldentree In Site Partners for a $300 million mixed-use development in Cocoa, Florida.

Prior to joining TKG, Jorge was affiliated with The Doran Jason Group of Florida, Inc. There he handled numerous transactions in tenant representation, build to suits and multiple land sales throughout Florida, including an $83 Million sale to EB Developers.

Jorge has a Bachelors degree in Finance and a Masters in Education from Florida International University. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversant in Portuguese.
