Born in Ecuador, South America. Immigrated when I was a year old to the South Bronx. Made our move to Tampa FL 27 years ago, I am no longer a New Yorker, I am now consider myself a full blown Tampanian. I have 2 beautiful grown daughters and 3 fantastic grand kids, all living local and enjoying the paradise we currently live in. My next and final move will be to Anna Maria Island. I love working out, 3-5 times a week, beach (when not working), Season Ticket Holder to Straz Center, Tampa Bay Rays - Buccaneer - Lightning - Bulls - Clemson Football Fan.
I am Fluent in Spanish. We have also done quite a bit of investing in Real Estate. From flips to holding property. I work well with Savvy Investors. I started out in the Corporate world for 10 years, before being downsized 3 different times. My first company after corporate was a Marketing Firm, then an Internet Company, Cleaning Service (Still have), and a Furniture company, all before entering the Real Estate Profession 18 years ago and never looking back.
