In searching for a realtor, I wanted someone with great reviews, from the local area, and a team that put customer service at the forefront of everything they did. I found that with Jose, Cristal and the rest of team Arroyo. They exceeded all my expectations.

Their professionalism was apparent in all they did. Communication and accurate information was transmitted in a timely manner.

In the inital meeting with Jose, he prepared and presented a market analysis for my listing and addressed all my questions and concerns. He guided me through the process and outlined the steps he would be taking.

It was only 3 weeks from our first meeting to closing. During that time, he held an open house which generated 13 offers on my property and a final sale price that was 20k higher than projected.

I thought all realtors were the same before buying my first home. Dead wrong! And maybe some realtors aren’t as great as Team Arroyo and that’s ok, but the level of professionalism and dedication Jose and his team had was *chefs kiss* excellent. Now it gets better, going into the purchase of my first home, I was ready to close on my home the day after I found the listing. We all know that’s not feasible but everyday until closing, which was still relatively fast, they were checking in almost everyday. Mind you I work nights so they really had to work with, around, and next to me when it came to my scheduling. Here’s when I knew they were IT, I had to get on a call with one of the attorneys, the attorney says to me “So sorry to have to talk right now, Team Arroyo emphasized the fact that you work nights and you may not be awake so I greatly apologize.” When you work nights, the consideration of someone working nights is everything. Especially when handling real estate business because one missed phone call could mean the difference between closing in one month or six months because not everyone wants to take call backs once it’s home time and a night shifter is just waking up. So for that, thank you guys for making it a quick and easy process the whole way through! Thank you for also making it a memorable one for someone working nights!
