I will not discuss specifics on prices and rates but will tell you that you will not find a better deal, especially with the amount detail that went into the process of selling our home.

On to the review:
We cannot begin to express how smooth of a process Jose and his team made it to sell our home.

We initially attempted to go with Redfin for a cash offer because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of selling the house.  We have two large dogs and my wife and I work crazy work schedules.  On top of all that the meetings, preparing the house for sale, showings, open houses and all the normal mess.

Jose talked to me briefly and said that he could make way easier and get me the money we deserve for our home.

My wife and decided to sale our home on May 22nd.  I contacted Jose the morning of the 23rd and he was at our house that afternoon.  He had all the information, comps in the area and full data breakdown to include the asking price we should target.

Jose thoroughly explained everything and made us feel extremely comfortable.  We decided to move forward after that meeting.  At 7:30 that night he texted us for permission to have his team steam clean our carpets the next day (Tuesday).  The following day (Wednesday) he had his team come by and clean the home.  We thought it was pretty clean but I’m telling you they made it look like a model home.  That afternoon the photographer came and did pics and a 3D walkthrough.  We reviewed the pics and video Thursday and we were listed that evening.

The 3D walkthrough and pics were so good that it literally alleviated mass showings or an open house.  We had two buyers physically look at the house and the 2nd one put in an offer (Monday), one week after our first meeting with Jose.

Jose went to work and scheduled all inspections, appraisals and let the escrow company do the rest.  Everything was “Docusign” so we didn’t have to leave the comfort of our couch.

Because of our situation we couldn’t move out quick enough.  Jose negotiated a 14 day escrow and a 21 day rent back option with no rent fee.  We were completely closed money in the bank 1 month from our first meeting.

Flawless start to finish, super stoked to move on to our next chapter and we got every penny we wanted and deserved.

Communication was spectacular throughout and the professionalism of Jose and his entire team was top notch.  This is the 3rd home I’ve sold and by far this was the best overall experience I’ve had.

Jose and Adriana were great! He made the sales process simple and easy to understand. Whenever me or my husband had a question he quickly let us know what to do and why. We had a problem with another realtor agent not following rules during a showing, and Jose sent a representive to our home to monitor and verify all furthur movements to ensure no problems and all COVID rules were followed. We had so many offers and had accepted one in two days well over our asking price. I'm glad my husband knew Jose and trusted his judgement. Selling our house seemed so easy. I highly recommend him.

If you want honest, no holds barred proffessional feedback on expectations and things you should and shouldnt do, Jose is your BEST CHOICE for realtor. If you want someone to fluff and tell you what they think you want to hear, Jose is probably not it. We listed and sold in 2 days, nearly 20k over asking, and closed in 30 days. He even was able to get me the flexibility to stay in our home 1 week rent free after closing. I know it sounds unbelieveable, but its true. Trust this guy, he knows what he is doing! Very professional, fast response, and seemed happy to assist and educate along the way.

Let’s be honest, buying a house in the San Diego area can be hard!
