My wife Kay and I worked with Jose in the search for our first home in August of 2020. We had heard that house shopping was an overwhelming process, especially during the midst of the pandemic. Although house hunting can be a little daunting at times, Jose made the process enjoyable and seamless for my wife and I. Jose was extremely knowledgeable, never once pressured us and guided us through the ins and outs of home buying. He made sure we were comfortable each step of the way. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jose and I would highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a home.

Jose has great Marketing Skills and is heavily involved with selling your home. Jose makes sure you get value and responded with six offers in the first day for the sale of home.

Jose works hard to please his clients. He does a weekly recap report sent to seller weekly and delivers what he intends to do. Jose makes time for his clients and sends documents via docusign and makes sure you know the whole process.

I truly recommend using Jose and promise you will not be disappointed.

My experience with Jose Camejo is nothing short of fantastic and amazing. You often get realtors who promise you short sell times like 15-20 days, high selling price but Jose is very realistic, pragmatic and what he told me was spot on. His strategy used helped generate 5 offers over asking price. He used a professional videographer that made my house so appealing - I would have probably taken my house off the market and stayed there. The first weekend we got over 800 hits and during this Covid restriction, we had 8 in-person visits of which 7 made offers. Jose always consults And updates the clients regularly, saw everything through to the end, helped with vendors and making the process as stress free as possible. I am truly thankful I chose Jose and his team to handle my home. I will be using him in purchasing my new home as well!

Jose Camejo is very experienced and knowledgeable in regards to the Southern California real estate market. He worked many tireless hours to find the perfect home for me in a preferred area and within my financial means. This was entirely due to Jose's superb negotiation skills.
