Mr. Chavez has 18 years of real estate experience. Specialties include retail, investment sales, site selections and lease negotiations. Jose served on the Board of Directors to Kern Central Credit Union (2000-2003), and is a member of the Bakersfield Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, ICSC, and the Latin Business Association.
