I've known Jose for almost a year now. We met while he was showing a property that I was interested in purchasing. What impressed me about him was the fact that he was very attentive and knowledgeable about the home, the area and shared a few ideas that I thought were very above and beyond. I did not end up purchasing the property, but did ask him to be my realtor. I knew I wanted to move but really had no idea as to what I wanted exactly. Jose worked with me to gain perspective of what areas would benefit me and my lifestyle. He again, was very knowledgeable and resourceful. He was there for me, day and night - I do mean this literally, answering questions and brainstorming with me. He is honest, friendly, and will definintely make sure you're happy. In these past several months, Jose sold my old home (which was on the market for about 18 days!) and find the home of my dreams. With Jose, you get more than a realtor, you get someone who puts your interest first and will work hard to make sure that you are happy. I am glad to have him as my realtor.
