Jose Gomez made buying a house such an easy experience. We were new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. As first time home buyers Jose was professional and personal! He never made Us feel uncomfortable and helped us in every step of the way! Jose explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer and to actually Owning our own home in less than 5 weeks. He always made the time to meet and show us houses on the market with out making any excuses. Jose was a angel sent from heaven! My Husband and I where first time home buyers and had no knowledge of house buying or where to begin, we previously had a really bad experience with another agent before meeting Jose and I honestly can say I am so grateful that God lead us to him. My Husband and I went to see this house we seen on redfin in Moreno Valley that Jose was showing. he instantly made us feel comfortable and basically held our hands through this whole experience. In the beginning of the year we had a rough time with all the bidding wars we were facing, It was a little discouraging and felt like we where never going to find our home :( Jose always told us that home buying is tough but never give up! When we where slowing down and decided to wait a little to look at homes he was accepting and never pushy. He checked on us from time to time and always told us when you are ready I am here. He is true to his word and when we got back on the horse he FINALLY found us our HOME!! His communication and patience is impeccable I cannot explain how many times we've asked or bugged him with thousands of questions but he answered them and always gave us his honest opinion. I was new to home buying with very little knowledge of what the home buying process looked like. I had a terrible experience from my first agent and right when I was about to give up, I found Jose. I can honestly say, I had the best experience! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the lending company. Even during a tough market Jose was very positive and never gave up on us, which gave us hope. Due to his strategic and proactive approach, he eventually negotiated a great deal for us and helped us close on our new home - that we LOVE.
His customer service is bar none and was always available whenever I needed him for advise. Jose is absolutely wonderful to work with. I can tell he really cares about his clients and their best interests. He was always honest, responsive and professional every step of the way. My wife and I are truly grateful we found him and we highly recommend Jose to anyone that is looking to buy a home...To all future and present home shoppers, you are in good hands!

Jose was referred to us through friends and I can say that we will definitely be recommending him to our family and friends looking to buy a home. He responded very quickly and showed us homes right away. Needless to say we found a home after just one day of looking at homes! He has walked us through every step of the way and has explained every question we have had in detail. Being first time home buyers we were a bit nervous but he really made the process as easy as possible. Happy to say all his efforts got us our dream home and we finally closed escrow this week. Update from 2016 to 2021:
Whoops he did it again!!! This time we sold my house at the top of the market and Jose once again KILLED IT! Jose is like family to me as that is how he has treated me with both the purchase and now the sale of my house in Long Beach. Ill be calling him for the next investment and I will continue to rave about him to all my family, friends and colleagues.

I cannot recommend Jose Gomez enough!! Jose walked me through my first home buying experience and guided me with such professionalism and kindness. My experience with Jose and the lender was so seamless, and that was a wonderful feeling during a time of excitement, nerves and learning . Wow. I cannot express how grateful we are to have had Jose be our realtor. Before this review, I have already given Jose's name out to 5 other individuals in the past week because he is simply the best realtor available.

We went through a pretty tough situation that led us to purchasing a home, given our current lease at the time was not being renewed due to the landlord moving back in. This unfortunately gave us a little over a month to find a new rental within an extremely inflated market, both in rentals and purchases. We came to Jose in middle of August letting him know we were open to purchasing a home since a mortgage was roughly the same amount of rent in the area. Jose showed us 10+ homes in the first week and really tried to move mountains to get us moved into a home by October. Little did we know that Jose could get us in for a record 14 day close! It was perfect for our needs.

Even though the process was quick, Jose made sure to attend to every single one of our concerns and really advocated for us as buyers. He managed to negotiate a purchase price only 1% above asking, when every other home in the area went for 5-8% above asking. We had an issue with tenting our home due to property line concerns with the neighbors, but Jose convinced the termite company to give us a 1 year guarantee on fumigating the home if we could come to an agreement with the neighbors as well as spot treating before we moved in. This was all at no additional cost to us. Lastly, Jose's connections are so helpful in every way for a buyer. He managed to convince our lender to cover $250/day for any day beyond the 14 day close we were contracted for out of their own pocket. I have never seen anyone pull strings like Jose has.

Beyond all of the amazing things Jose can do for you, he actually cares about you as a buyer. He doesn't try to force feed you any home just to get commission; he hears what you want and will allow you to make your own decision. Given we were first time home buyers, we really loved this because we wanted to find the perfect home for us. Jose was patient, kind, and helpful in the process. However, don't let this fool you, when offers are made Jose flipped the switch and began working endlessly to make sure we got everything we needed.

We loved our home purchase process with Jose and just hope you feel the same way when you purchase a home. Just give him a call and you'll see what I mean. This will not be our last home purchase and this definitely will not be the last time we use Jose. Thanks Jose!

I have known Jose since 2016 when he helped me purchase my first home. He is professional, personable and has in-depth knowledge of the housing market. What I liked about his style is that he doesn't push you or makes you feel overwhelmed. Rather he presents all the options and helps you though the home buying process which can be quite overwhelming for a first time home buyer.

Fast forward 4 years...2020 and I was in search for my second home and I did not think twice before reaching out to Jose. He had great insight into the properties that I was looking at and provided helpful feedback that helped me make my decision. My wife and I couldn't be more happy. He even helped us connect with a mortgage firm that gave me real competitive rates.
