Jose Gonzalez has helped me with residential and investment properties for the last 11 years. He is lighting quick to respond to any issues or questions I have, always respectful and very knowledgeable with his responses, has a reliable network of people for all sorts of real estate needs. When I bought my first two properties with him, he got me a great market price with his negotiation skills.
Jose works hard with the other agents to make sure we get our offer accepted; I bought a building during a time where properties I was looking at were getting multiple offers. Jose also proves to be knowledgeable with investment properties as he himself owns property and has helped me with investment properties purchases.

We were relocating to Chicagoland from Miami and Jose helped us in several ways. He was sensitive to our needs and our limited time to find a place. His recommendations were spot-on and helped us find a place to our liking. After our bid was accepted, Jose helped us in the time leading up to closing. I'm sure our being out of state made his job more difficult, but he was always responsive to our calls/emails/texts to make sure our needs were met. We highly recommend him!

Jose is a really good realtor. He had so much patience with us. He communicated very well with us. He responds back quickly to any questions you may have and the houses that you want to see. You will not be disappointed. All of his team works together very well which included the lender and attorney. The best things I liked working with him is his patience and dedication to finding you the home that you want and that he loves his job. He doesn’t give up on you. It was a process finding a house because of the market being so difficult right now, but he stuck with my husband and I and really helped us find our home. I definitely would recommend him being your realtor.
