Jose A. Gouvea is truly an international businessman and ambassador for Luxury Real Estate. Of Brazilian origin, with many years of international experience in private and public sectors, Jose brings wide-ranging knowledge to every real estate transaction. He has worked with major international companies, in multiple industries in Latin America, Europe, Canada, and the United States.

Jose fully understands cross cultures and excels in every relationship with professionalism, dedication, negotiation, and language skills. In addition to Jose’s native Portuguese, he is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian and has an understanding of German.

His knowledge of financial markets, and information technology, and his extensive local expertise allow Jose to bring each real estate transaction to an exceptional closing.

He has a proven track record in listing and selling real estate properties in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area during the last 21 years. Jose is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale. He holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
