My Dad and I have been searching the area for a house for almost a year. We really focused on purchasing a house this summer and we got hooked up with Jose through my lender and from the jump, Jose was on it. We told him what we were looking for and he came through. We ended up looking at 8-10 homes over a couple week period and Jose was very honest, helpful, and patient with us. We never felt any pressure from Jose and we always felt like he had our best interest in mind. I am the type that will not work with pushy people and Jose was anything but that. I feel lucky that my Dad and I were able to work with Jose to purchase our home, he made it easy especially since we are not too familiar with the home buying business. My Dad and I, as well as everyone we came across respected Jose for his knowledge, experience, and kindness. My puppies appreciate their new backyard.

Jose is great! We were out of state while looking for a new home in the Scottsdale area. Jose would drive out and shoot videos for us until we found the one! Working with Jose, I not only purchased a gorgeous home in an amazing neighborhood, I gained a new brother to my family. He was extremely professional, knew extremely well how to navigate this crazy housing market. He was able to inform me of what we need to pay extra attention when searching for homes, and went out of his way to ensure the home I purchased met the needs of me and my family. Through his extensive knowledge we were able to negotiate a lower sale price, seller's concessions, repairs, and additional time as needed while helping me obtain $18,000 in first time home buyer grants. I was in the process of moving across the country from SC to AZ. I found Jose via Google search for a local (Mesa) realtor. Of the several I spoke with, Jose was by far the most professional, polite, and enthusiastic. Jose really listened to my list of wants and needs to guide me to what is now my new home here in the Valley.

Our former agent, Matt Morrison, had promoted since our last sale but he handpicked his star player from his growing team to work with us instead. Jose was our real estate agent and helped us sell our home in Phoenix, AZ at the most difficult possible time: During the holiday season (we listed on Thanksgiving weekend), and right after interest rates suddenly doubled overnight. We had a conditional offer in on a home in Oregon that we absolutely loved and the pressure was on to sell in time to secure that home and move on a tight timeline that couldn't be adjusted due to a new job opportunity across state lines. Jose was a rockstar. He skillfully advised us and executed a perfect selling strategy, adapting to a crazy housing market that literally changed on a daily basis. Not only was he incredible to work with, but he kept things light through a stressful time for my family and his humor and great personality made us look forward to talking with him when needed. Our only regret is that we had to leave quickly and didn't get to celebrate with Jose with a bottle of bubbly! I initially had a realtor who walked in stating my house had nothing to offer. I got the best second opinion from Jose! He walked in totally positive attitude and immediately saw ALL my house DID have to offer. It was completely refreshing! I bought my house with Jose as my agent a year and a half ago. That was an amazing experience coming from dealing with another agent who was not responding to us. Some things ended up happening and we had to sell the house we had bought to relocate to another state. The first person I contacted was Jose. We were in a time crunch with the move and were unsure if our house would sell in time or not. He calmed our nerves going through the entire process and letting us know he would take care of everything if we needed to move before the house sold. He was a pleasure to work with yet again and ALWAYS stayed on top of everything. He answered any questions that came up quickly. Literally if he took longer than 20 minutes we would know he was super busy. I cannot recommend Jose enough. I recommend him to any friends and family I know. He is not afraid to give you his truthful opinion and you always feel like you've hired a friend to help you through a stressful situation. He also has amazing connections for anything you might need. We used his contact to fix our baseboards our puppies decided to eat. Jose's got you covered. Throughout the process of selling the old house and finding a bigger home within budget José was always available to us to answer any and all questions in a prompt manner and also would give different options with a thorough explanation.
