Recent experience includes real estate transactions in purchases and leasing. Experience includes real estate negotiations and contract writing.

Base real estate education comes from successfully completing Real Estate training at Champions School of Real Estate in San Antonio, Texas. Have also received a Texas Real Estate License after successfully passing the State exam on the first attempt.

Also knowledge and experience in graphic design for print, silkscreening, web sites and embroidery. Past experience in federal law enforcement has produced direct experience in interrogation, firearms, high security clearances and covert anti-terrorism operations. Have completed all ground school and solo flight requirements for possession of a FAA Airmans Certificate for single engine land aircraft, preferably the Piper Cherokee.

We have developed a business from the ground up and have endured, navigated, and made it through challenges that startups faced while the economy has struggled to recover from.
