Being a first time home buyer it was very difficult to know where to start unfortunately we had a very bad realtor and she didn’t guide us or try to help us in any way or tried to find answers to our many questions. I’m so thankful that we where able to work with Jose, he was extremely patient and explained everything with so much detail and patience. With Joses expertise and passion for his job everything went super smooth and quick I am so thankful that we are now home owners thanks to his help!

My husband and I have worked with a handful of realtors and after working with Jose we would choose him time and time again. He helped us sell our home in San Diego while we were out of state. My husband and I had such wonderful experience doing business with Mr. Sandoval. I am very glad that we chose him to take this journey of buying our first home with. I didn't feel pressured; Sandoval took his time to educate us about the process of buying a home. Patience was very important to me because buying a home is a big commitment. He also made sure that he built a rapport and gave us reassurance that with time and realistic expectation that we would find our dream home. He definitely ended up being a man of his word we purchased a 7 bed room and 5 bathroom house at a price we could afford and we where original looking for a 3 bed room home. Also I like to add that he's very genuine and he still keeps in contact till this day. If we need repairs or questions about our home he's always wealth of knowledge and eager to help. I definitely recommend hiring him as your realtor.

We met Jose through our financial advisor. Since we trusted our financial advisor 100 percent, we knew he would put us into good hands. My husband and I have opposite schedules so Jose would sometimes drive out twice in the same day to show the same properties without hesitation. He would respond to any texts or calls within minutes. This was our first home buying experience so we had a ton of questions which I felt at times were probably common sense questions but Jose answered and never made us feel like we should hold back anything. I don’t have experience on other realtors but with Jose having a background in construction, it made this experience pretty awesome knowing what needed to be done and about how much, knowing if the house was worth it, knowing what materials were needed or used, and so on. Jose helped us so much and we are forever thankful for him.
