Jose Valencia is an absolute gem of a real estate agent I wish I could give him 10 stars!

For years, we peppered him with questions about the market, neighborhoods, and the buying process. He always responded patiently, gracefully, and with thoughtful answers—no matter how many times we asked or how long it took us to be ready. When we finally took the leap of faith and decided to buy, Jose went above and beyond to make everything incredibly smooth and stress-free.

What stood out most was his genuine care and thoughtfulness. He knew I was dealing with a high-risk pregnancy that limited my ability to move around or handle much physically, so he handled so many details on my behalf, always checking in and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. His honesty, intelligence, and sharp negotiation skills made a huge difference—he truly fought for us and got us an amazing outcome.

Jose is the realtor you need. Take it from a former realtor and a very particular businesswoman who wants a lot of home for the best deal possible. Negotiating and getting the best price for a home not only saves you money during the sale but saves you money on your monthly mortgage payments.

Jose was able to get us a home valued a lot higher than the ridiculous prices in the San Diego market and was also able to negotiate some difficult contingencies into the deal. My husband and I are extremely blessed to have worked with him on purchasing this home.

Amazing experience working with Jose! He 100% helped make the home buying experience for a first-time buyer a simple and easy process. Easily accessible through phone or text during any time of day; something essential for me as I’m a full time night shift employee, a full time student, and a business owner. I don’t typically trust people easily, but had no problem trusting Jose and his team to guide me and remain on my side of the team during the entire home-buying process. It's easy to tell the level of expertise and commitment one has for their line of work; Jose is definitely in the high end of that spectrum. Jose and Andre! These two guys are some of the best in their business. I just finished closing on my 2nd property in San Diego and these guys helped make the process an extremely pleasant and easy experience from the beginning. Jose patiently set up times for me to go see at least 6 properties and put offers left and right during this crazy market. Andre also patiently and willingly sent me accurate numbers and figures representing all of the potential properties I was seeing. They are both very knowledgeable in their field and can answer any questions you have every step of the way. Jose the.realtordude Valencia!! Before purchasing my first home at a young age I was terrified for the commitment. I talked to Jose a year before buying and he met with me the break down all the processes and things required to get started. Finally when I was ready a year later I called Jose up and we got started. Not once did he ever try to just get me in a house and push it on me. We met Jose through our loan agent and I am so glad we did because it turned out to be the most positive real estate transaction we've had. We were buying our second house when we were introduced to Jose , and we were pretty specific about what we wanted in a house. What I love is Jose didn’t waste a second of our time on houses under or over our price range, we had a long checklist of what we wanted and he only showed us the house that matched our wants AND our needs! He did offer advice and ideas but left it as advice and didn’t push a personal agenda like our last realtor. He was 100% on our team, never trying to breeze over anything that could have turned into an issue in the future I.E. pluming , electric , wiring age of the home ETC . He must have taken us to 30 homes in about 30 mile radius. He worked effectively and efficiently to seal the deal between the sellers and my family. He is now a friend of the family and occasionally a gym partner ! What more can you ask for from the man !

Buying a home can be a hectic experience. There’s a lot things that happen in such short time that even me as a banker did not know of. Yes, I knew the loan side of things but not the process that an expert realtor like Vale does behind the scenes. While the loan process was simple, Vale had excellent expertise on the purchase side. He will go to 100 houses with you until you finally decide “this is it!” And if that don’t work out, he’s there to keep the search going until you’re happy with the home you’ll be buying. I am glad our first offer wasn’t accepted(outbid by a cash offer) because I found a much better deal in the area I wanted. And what did Vale say when our offer didn’t work? “Don’t worry, we will find something better you’ll see, patience is key!” Sure enough 1.5 months later we got our keys to our new place!
When it comes to purchasing a home you cannot go without using Jose Valencia’s services. Hands down the best, most honest guy you’ll work with. If you have doubts about a place Vale will be the first person to move you to the next house, it’s until he notices that you’re 100% satisfied that he’ll say, “yup this is it!” and that’s exactly what happened for me. I couldn’t be happier and it all happened thanks to Vales expertise. Knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, contract side, counteroffers seller credits for you and everything else you can think of.
