Joselin Malkhasian

Joselin Malkhasian is a realtor collaborating with both Buyers and Sellers in the Greater Boston Area. She was born and raised in Arlington, MA, living there until she bought her first home in Waltham, MA when she was 23 years old. While at a previous job, Joselin managed the rehabilitation of a historic building in downtown Boston. The excitement of the project prompted Joselin to make a career change where she decided she wanted to work in Real Estate full time.

The love of Real Estate is evident the second you meet Joselin. Her passion and knowledge of the industry are infectious and her warm and outgoing personality makes working with her fun and easy. Joselin is one of Lamacchia Realty’s top agents, consistently selling over 50 homes and $35 Million in sales each year. She has been a member of the Lamacchia Realty President’s Club in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. Joselin was not only the first agent to qualify for the 2019 President’s Club, but she was the fastest agent to do so in company history.

Joselin was a chairperson for the Greater Boston Association of Realtors YPN Committee in 2019. She lives on the 2020 Board of Directors for the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. Joselin has been featured in Boston Agent Magazine for the Who’s Who 2018 and 2019 as well as in an Agent Snapshot. Joselin is certified in Corporate Relocation.
