Joseph is one of the most patient, caring realtors I have ever encountered. He was genuine and honest in all he helped us with. We were first time home buyers and truly clueless and lost at how much detail was involved. I told Joseph from the beginning that we would almost literally need hand holding from start to finish, and his response was "of course! that is what I am here for" always with a smile! It is no doubt that Joseph will continue to succeed because he has that thrive and determination and personal skills that are imperative in his career. Joseph served as my realtor while I was searching for a home in San Diego from across the country. I needed to buy a home quickly, and when the real estate market was hot. First, he set realistic expectations and explained to me in simple terms all the ins and outs of the first time home-buying process. He then toured houses over FaceTime throughout many neighborhoods in San Diego. I was given a clear understanding of the different markets without having to be physically present. In only one month, he found a place that fit the exact criteria of what I was looking for. After recommending a great loan mortgage officer, we were approved and the closing process was completely stress free and easy. I highly recommend working with Joseph at any step in the home buying process.

Joseph is absolutely amazing! He made our first home buying experience as smooth as possible and was there for us every step of the way. He continued to provide us with updates throughout the process and was available whenever we needed him (even if we were being a little crazy. Ha!). He shared with us his insight on the market and made sure we had all of the information needed when we submitted our offer. Joseph used his knowledge, experience and good rapport with the seller's agent to get our offer accepted in an extremely competitive market. Joseph is kind, genuine and a truly amazing realtor! He cares about his clients and has proven that he will go the extra mile for them. Joseph deserves 10/10 stars! Joseph handled the sale of our rental. We sold it to the tenants. I asked him if he would handle the transaction. He said he would. He asked me if we had settled on a price and I told him yes. He said okay I’ll take care of everything. He kept me posted every step of the way. He recommended the escrow, title company and recommended a lender for the tenants. He is very thorough and patient, he answered all my phone calls and questions I had. I would highly recommend him and use his services again if needed.

It has been an incredible experience and we adore him for helping us sell our house for the right price. We decided to ask Joseph for help when we were looking for the house of our dreams and he made it happen without even struggling in a few days, we now live in a place that we love and we’re excited to get home after work on a daily. Joseph is simply awesome. Review done. No seriously though, Joseph, took quite a bit of time with me and a ton patience. He did it without ever making it seem like it was any work at all. I wasn't your typical buyer just looking at easy, clean-cut homes. I was looking for something that I could have roommates or duplex for additional living quarters.

Sometimes I would even send him houses that I found and we would go check them out. When I finally settled on a home he came to a multitude of inspections including ones that consisted of me asking contractors - how much to repair this and that.

Dealt humbly with the seller's questionable realtor (not calling out names - but contact me if you want a listing realtor I would recommend no one use) and helped keep the whole process on track.

Was upfront and honest with me when I asked him what he thought of a home we were viewing - including the one I ultimately ended up purchasing. Another realtor just trying to make a quick buck would not have been upfront about it. They probably would have tried to sell me on the value of the location or reminded me about how the house fit my goals.

Would work with again and hope to spend more time with Joseph in the future.

I have known Joey for a number of years personally, and we recently began a working partnership in the real estate space. He helped through the process of purchasing my first home in San Diego, and was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process.

We went through a number of deals, submitted numerous offers, and dealt with drastically changing circumstances - but he created options and generated a solution to every change we encountered. Joey operates with a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm and care. He knows the market intimately, proactively takes time to develop his real-estate acumen and downright works hard.

I would ultimately highly recommend him throughout any buying/selling process here in Sunny San Diego!
